History
2023
Implemented Japanese Mitsubishi fiber laser cutting machine and BROTHER high-speed vertical machining center to enhance production efficiency and manufacturing precision.
2022
Started manufacturing bicycle floating and fixed brake discs.
2021
Rapidly customized production of motorcycle floating brake discs.
2020
Developed the V-shaped Fully Floating brake discs design and secured 12 patents.
2019
The CNC milling machine incorporates an automatic pallet changer system to boost production efficiency and stability, enhance the precision of customized products, and obtained ISO 9001:2015 international certification.
2018
Developed a complete series of product, launched the SSN series, and established marketing agents in Southeast Asia.
2017
Innovated the structure of customized disc brakes.
2016
Established the headquarters in Niaosong region and obtained ISO 9001:2008 international certification.
2015
Invested in high-precision vertical grinders and CNC milling machines, obtained TÜV Rheinland certification from Germany.
2014
The establishment of a North District branch in Taipei City, along with the introduction of a brand new design for titanium-coated floating buckles and titanium alloy disc brakes.
2013
Established Southern Regional Headquarters, developed three major product series, introduced them to the market with full customization, and conducted R&D for the brake pads and tubes.
2012
Introduced OEM and ODM mass production processes, simultaneously established the FAR RACING TEAM, and obtained data through participating in events, ultimately achieving awards in national major competitions.
2011
Established an in-house racing team and took part in major domesticscooter racing events, swiftly enhancing research and development capabilities.
2010
Established a factory in Xiaogang District, Kaohsiung City, officially beginning the mass production of the first floating brake disc.
2009
Founded HONGSHING Precision Technology Co., Ltd., successfully established FAR brand.
2006
Researched and developed high-strength and durable brake discs.
2005
Established ARUORA studio to design and develop motorcycle brake discs and customized fixed discs.
